Culture & Structure
First-year teachers are invited to our annual Culture & Structure/First-Year Teacher Academy sessions. Our sessions will cover critical topics related to the first year of teaching and helpful information about our schools.
Attending the event
Attending a session is mandatory for first-year teachers. A few details:
- Attire is business casual. Jeans are acceptable.
- Breakfast snacks, water, and lunch will be provided for all new instructional staff members.
- New employees will earn the May 27, 2026 Exchange Day for their attendance.
