Curriculum Bootcamp
Calling all new teachers and instructional employees! Attend Curriculum Bootcamp for a grade and subject-specific training session. You'll meet your team, learn expectations, tips for organizing your class, and more.
Attending the event
There will be a morning and afternoon session. Most employees will attend the morning session at Rowlett HS, but some locations are split depending on grade level and content. See below for your content area/level:
- Pre-K & ECSE: Cisneros Pre-K (for both morning and afternoon)
- Elementary: Rowlett HIgh School
- Secondary: Rowlett High School
- Librarians: Jill Shugart Professional Development Center (for both morning and afternoon)
- SPED, Fine Arts, CTE, Dyslexia, MTSS: TBD
Register for the event
Registration is required to attend. A few extra details:
- Attire is business casual. Jeans are acceptable.
- Breakfast snacks and water will be provided for all new instructional staff members. Lunch will not be provided.
- New employees will earn the May 27, 2026 Exchange Day for their attendance.
