The Garland Independent School District will be receiving proposals for the purchase of Digital App, LED Menu Boards and Services until 10:30 a.m., May 7, 2019 at 501 South Jupiter Road, Garland, Texas 75042, Purchasing Department, (972-487-3009), at which time they will be opened.

The proposals will be evaluated and ranked as stated in the solicitation based on the best value to the Garland ISD based on the criteria shown below. (Purchase Price-30points, the reputation of the vendor and of the vendor goods or services – 25 points, the quality of the vendor’s goods or services – 25 points, the extent to which the goods or services meet the District’s needs – 20 points,)

Preferred Method of Payment is EFT with the option of a check.
