Notice of Public Comment Opportunity Intent to Apply for Federal Grants 2025-2026
In accordance with the requirements of the Every Student Succeeds Act (ESSA), Section 8306(a)(7), Garland Independent School District (Garland ISD) intends to apply for federal entitlement grant funds for the 2025–2026 school year. These funds support district efforts to improve student outcomes, enhance instructional quality, and provide equitable educational opportunities for all students.
