The District Improvement Plan (DIP) is Garland ISD's strategic plan for improving student outcomes and district performance. Reviewed and updated annually through collaboration with district stakeholders, including staff, parents, and community members, the plan is based on a comprehensive review of district data and needs assessments. 

The DIP establishes goals, strategies, and action steps that guide the district's work throughout the school year and is monitored regularly to measure progress and effectiveness.
