The Garland Unit of the NAACP is hosting the 23rd annual Health and Back-to-School Rally. 

This year, the free event will have something for everyone in the family:

• Backpacks
• School supplies for kids
• GISD resources and family support
• Live entertainment featuring a band and cheerleaders
