Dallas Boule' Scholarship
The Dallas Boulé Foundation is addressing the critical shortage of historically underrepresented students who are preparing themselves for college and community leadership in the 21st century. The urgency of this need is underscored by the fact that historically underrepresented student males continue to fall farther behind in the number of students attending and graduating from colleges and universities.
