The purpose of Pearls by the Lake Foundation is to provide support to activities and service projects within Kaufman and Rockwall Counties, and surrounding areas, that seek to improve community life and to provide scholarships for young residents of Kaufman and Rockwall Counties, and surrounding areas, pursuing college degrees.

Plan to attend a two or four year college or university
Must attend a high school within Kaufman or Rockwall County, Texas
