Multiprogram Activity Centers and Field Houses
New fieldhouses for all seven high schools were part of the planned facility upgrades in Prop A of the 2023 Bond program. With the voters' additional approval of Prop B for the Multiprogram Activity Centers, the district was able to combine both projects.

Construction is underway for all seven MACS. The facility sites are in various stages of progress, with the Naaman Forest site slated to open in August.

Weatherproof spaces for student success
As part of the 2023 bond, voters approved the construction of multipurpose activity centers—known as MACs—at each high school campus. Originally planned as separate field house renovations and indoor facilities, these elements have been combined into one dynamic space designed to serve athletics, fine arts, and academic programs year-round.

For each campus, the project includes an 80-yard turf field and storage for fine arts and athletics. The fieldhouse will include locker rooms for outdoor sports, coaches’ offices, a meeting room, laundry room, weight room, and storage.
The schematic design animation, presented to the Board of Trustees in May 2024, highlights the original vision for these flexible, all-weather facilities.
