Attendance Awareness Month

Our district is celebrating Attendance Awareness Month month this September! Set yourself up for success by attending school every day. Attendance Awareness Month is a national event that highlights how good attendance improves academic achievement.
Dress for perfect attendance
The theme for this year is “You belong here! Every moment matters.” Celebrate by participating in the dress-up days:
- Sept. 6 - Good Attendance Leads to Bright Futures!
Show up ready to shine your light with neon colors. - Sept. 13 - Attend Today, Achieve Tomorrow!
Wear your favorite collegiate shirt or college colors. - Sept. 20 - We're heading for success on time!
Put a "cap" on tardiness by wearing your favorite hat. - Sept. 27 - Don't let the absences sneak up on you!
Dress in camo clothing and miss those absences.
Share your pictures on social media using the hashtags #YouBelongHere and #EveryMomentMatters.
September Attendance Raffle
Students with perfect attendance throughout September will be entered into a district raffle for:
- A gift card from Strike & Reel
- Restaurant gift cards
- Elementary - One of six tablets
- Secondary - One of six Beats Headphones
Students must attend from Sept. 2-30. The drawing will be held on Oct. 9.
