Substitute educators perform a vital function in the maintenance and continuity of daily education.

Garland ISD has created Sub Appreciation Week in an effort to recognize the hard work of all of our substitute teachers. We thank substitute teachers for furthering student learning and ensuring that time is productive in our classrooms when regular classroom educators are absent.
