Texas Deaf Awareness Week/International Week of Deaf People

Monday, September 22 - Sunday, September 28, 2025

Texas Deaf Awareness Week celebrates the contributions of the Deaf and Hard of Hearing community. Let's work to increase awareness of American Sign Language (ASL), the understanding of Deaf culture, and resources for hearing loss. 

This week takes place at the same time as the International Week of the Deaf.
