Memorial Pathways and Student Services schematic design reviewed with staff.
Status: Design/Development

The project will be located on the east side of the Homer B. Johnson Stadium site along Centerville Road, creating a central, accessible location for students and families.

The design philosophy

The design brings together two vital programs in a way that balances safety and cohesion. MPA and the Student Services Center will be housed in two connected buildings, linked architecturally through a shared “Gateway” - a welcoming entryway symbolizing arrival, hope, and future success.

Key Features

  • Memorial Pathway Academy: Three levels that serve newcomer middle school students, newcomer high school students, and nontraditional high school students, with dedicated spaces such as a gymnasium, cafeteria, and media center.

  • Student Services Center: A one-stop hub for enrollment, testing, clinics, family and community engagement, behavioral services, and professional development conference space with an outdoor terrace.

  • Site Design: Separate traffic flows for staff, parents, buses, and visitors; 170 new parking spaces; and thoughtful integration with the stadium site.

  • Professional Development Center (PDC): New conference rooms and training space.
