The bonds will be offered in $5,000 increments and are payable as to principal and interest from a continuing and direct annual ad valorem tax levied by Garland ISD against all taxable property located within the school district, without legal limitation as to rate or amount.

Maturity Schedule*: The bonds shall mature on February 15 in years 2025 through 2048.

Pricing Date*: Anticipated pricing on Tuesday, December 5, 2023. Priority will be given to orders submitted by individual investors.

Settlement Date*: Anticipated to be on or about December 28, 2023.
