Tinsel & Trivia brings cheer, competition and funds in the name of student learning
The Garland ISD Education Foundation's annual holiday-themed fundraising event raised $127,000-plus to support students and teachers. All money raised will help support innovative learning.

The Garland ISD Education Foundation's (GEF) third annual Tinsel & Trivia welcomed nearly 300 attendees for fun and fundraising on Dec. 3. The charitable event was sponsored by PBK Architects and featured friendly competition, delicious food and exciting prizes. The record-setting event raised more than $127,000—funds that will directly benefit GISD students and staff via grants and scholarships.
