For 2025-26, Student Residency Questionnaires (SRQs) must be completed in Skyward as part of the online Back to School forms. Printed or emailed forms will not be accepted. This will streamline the process and improve services for families. Be sure to fill out a new SRQ each year to see if you qualify for McKinney-Vento services.
