David’s coworker says, “His dedication to keeping our school environment safe, clean, and welcoming is unparalleled. Every day, he greets our students with an infectious smile and a friendly fist bump, brightening their day as they enter the cafeteria.”

She continues, “In recent times, when our custodial team faced staffing challenges, Mr. David stepped up without hesitation. He has put in countless hours of overtime, ensuring that every nook and cranny of our school shines, all while maintaining an unshakeable spirit of positivity and warmth.”

His dedication to his role goes beyond just performing tasks; it's about taking immense pride and joy in his work, and it's evident in the love and respect he receives from students and staff alike.
