The Appily Easy Money Scholarship and/or Friends Scholarship (each, the “Sweepstakes”) is open only to registered Appily College Search and Tours users who are (i) residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia, (ii) thirteen (13) years of age or older whose registration for these Sweepstakes does not violate any applicable law or regulation, including the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act, and (iii) currently planning to enroll in an accredited post-secondary institution of higher learning (college, university or trade school) located in the United States within four years of the Sweepstakes. If you are a parent or legal guardian of an entrant under the age of 18, by allowing your child to register for these Sweepstakes, you are subject to these Rules. Entrants under the age of majority in their state of residence (“Minors”) must have permission to enter from their parent or legal guardian and will be required to obtain a written release from their parent or legal guardian prior to claiming any prize.
