TO BE ELIGIBLE TO WIN, YOU MUST BE (A) A LEGAL RESIDENT OF THE UNITED STATES (OR F-1 OR J-1 VISA HOLDERS) WHO IS AT LEAST 18 YEARS OF AGE ON THE DATE OF ENTRY, AND (B) CURRENTLY ENROLLED AND IN GOOD STANDING IN YEAR 1 OF A PROGRAM AT AN ACCREDITED 2-YEAR COLLEGE/UNIVERSITY OR IN YEARS 1, 2 or 3 OF A PROGRAM AT AN ACCREDITED 4-YEAR COLLEGE/UNIVERSITY ANYWHERE IN THE UNITED STATES.  The following persons are not eligible to participate in the Contest:  (a) officers, directors, employees and representatives of Skechers USA, Inc. (the “Sponsor”) or its subsidiaries or affiliated companies; (b) persons engaged in, and persons associated with the development, production, promotion, advertising or running of this Contest, including, but not limited to, employees, owners, or contractors of R&CPMK, Petco Love, or Petco Animal Supply Stores, Inc. (collectively with Sponsor, the “Promotion Parties”); and (c) each of the foregoing persons’ immediate family members (parent, child, sibling, and spouse of each), as well as persons living in the same household (whether related or not).  Any eligible minor must have his or her parent’s or legal guardian’s permission to enter this Contest.
