Student Engagement and Support Services (SESS)
The Student Engagement and Support Services (SESS) Team helps families, teachers, and community members involve students in school. Our SESS Team gives families advice, tools, and support. We make sure our big school system stays focused on creating a safe and caring learning place for students and teachers. We support schools by encouraging good behavior, offering help when needed, and treating all students fairly.

To create sustainable educational programs and initiatives for students and families that maximize engagement opportunities while providing resources, advocating for families, and cultivating a positive campus climate and culture.
Our Vision
The Student Engagement and Support Services Team will ensure that GISD learning community members become collaborative partners to help support our students grow to become current and future leaders in our community.
