Our INSPIRE Scholarship awards up to $10,000 in funds to a college student who is connected to someone working in the talent acquisition industry in any role within corporate recruiting, talent acquisition or a vendor in any of those spaces.

The intent of this scholarship is to support families in the TA industry – whether the student themselves works in TA or they have a family member who works in the TA field.

The CXR Foundation works to positively impact the talent acquisition industry by improving industry standards, helping talent professionals find meaningful work, and affecting positive change throughout the talent industry.
