The program financially recognizes top teachers and honors the hard work and proven success of our Garland ISD teaching staff.

The TIA Funding Map provides a general idea of possible stipend amounts but keep in mind that the:
- map data lags by one year
- map displays 100% of the awards (GISD pays teacher 90%, 10% goes to district program costs)
- award amounts vary based on teacher status and campus location. Use the search feature to find details.

I am thankful to Garland ISD for implementing the TIA Program for core teachers. GISD worked tirelessly to find ways to reward the excellence of their teachers in the classroom. Without their dedication to their teachers, many of us would not have earned TIA designations and award bonuses.
