As part of his 90-day entry plan, Dr. López conducted forums with different groups in the community. He will used these forums to solicit diverse and comprehensive feedback, building a foundation for lasting, positive relationships with all stakeholders.

Citizens and staff members were invited to participate in these sessions and helped us discover the district's strengths, needs and challenges by providing responses to the following questions:
