Superintendent launches listening tour
Garland ISD’s new superintendent, Dr. Ricardo López, is meeting with students, families, staff and community to help with future-planning for the district.
After just a few months on the job, Garland ISD’s new superintendent, Dr. Ricardo López, has launched a listening tour. He is meeting with students, families, staff and community to ask three questions:
- What should the district continue doing?
- What should the district start doing?
- What should the district stop doing?
The purpose of the tour is to help with future-planning for the district. Sessions kicked off in February with the Garland Association for Hispanic Affairs (GAFHA).
