The Board of Trustees and Dr. Lopez held the initial meeting of the Bond 2023 Board Bond Committee (BBC). During the meeting, the interim Chief Financial Officer and the district’s financial advisor presented the Plan of Finance for the bond program and discussed the issuance and sale of the first bond, Series 2023.

The Director of Facilities Planning & Construction Services gave a summary update of the bond program project plan which included the program timeline and projects planned for Phase 1. He also introduced the 9-day implementation plan which covers the procurement process, staffing and more.
