We have a long-standing commitment to careful management of taxpayer money to make every dollar count. This commitment is reflected in the Aaa and AA+ bond ratings assigned by Moody’s and Fitch, respectively. This places Garland among an elite group of Texas school districts.
Several departments work together to effectively manage district financial processes, including the Chief Financial Officer, Budget, Finance, Purchasing and Tax Office departments.
