Garland ISD is proud to support family learning and language development. While in-person classes are not currently available, families can continue learning through the trusted resources available below.
Learn English with Rosetta Stone
GISD families can request free access to Rosetta Stone, a self-paced language learning platform.
We recommend doing 20 minutes of Rosetta Stone every day.

Expand AllAccessing Rosetta Stone on your phone
- On your phone, search for "Rosetta Stone app" on Google.

- Look for an app store link and select "install". iPhones will list the Apple Store, while Android devices will use Google Play.

- Open the app once it has been installed.

- When the app is open, select the "Have an account? Log in" link.

- Use the login to enter your username and password.

- In the Workspace field, type "garlandparents", and select the "Next" button.

- You will be able to access the app. Remember to do 20 minutes of Rosetta Stone every day.
