Speak with trained staff to help you manage the demands of daily life and emotional conflicts that come up. You can speak with a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) about topics such as:
- Stress
- Depression
- Anxiety
- Job stress and work conflicts
- Issues in relationships, family, parenting, and divorce
- Anger
- Grief
- Loss

What to expect
Phone calls and website access are always free. You can get up to three free in-person visits with a counselor per year. Legal and financial services may involve fees.
EAP services are available for all benefits-eligible Garland ISD employees, as well as:
- Spouses or domestic partners
- Dependent children
- Parents and parents-in-law

How many counseling visits can I get?
Employees and eligible family members can get up to three visits at no additional cost with a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC).
