Students gain a semi-professional and early collegiate education and experience in their chosen disciplines. They develop meaningful relationships with faculty and gain experience with successful professionals all while they receive rigorous, well-rounded, student-centered instruction.

Students advance quickly through math and science courses allowing them to take even more classes. Depending on the track, students will have the opportunity to take up to 10 math courses and 7 science courses. Students on Track 3 can take Advanced Placement calculus as early as ninth-grade.

Students become cadets while building valuable leadership, communication and self-discipline skills. Students participate in community service activities that promote teamwork and character.

Students develop critical thinking skills and prepare for life after high school though college-level courses or career exploration. Students can choose between the college, career and classical strands.

Students earn an Associate of Arts or Associate of Science degree at the same time they earn their high school credits. This is a great opportunity to get a head start on college while avoiding the cost of tuition and books.

Students can earn up to 60 college credits at no cost. ECHS embeds social/emotional supports throughout the program to help students as they earn an Associate’s degree and/or certifications.

Students expand their understanding of global business while learning languages and leadership skills that make them more competitive. There is a focus on problem based learning activities that connect class instruction to real world applications.

Students receive an advanced interdisciplinary learning experience that propels them toward the most prestigious universities in the country. The IB is a rigorous course of study designed to promote intercultural understanding using a unique approach to learning that helps students develop the higher-order thinking strategies needed to become life-long, independent learners and provides students with meaningful experiences beyond the classroom.

Students focus on problem-solving and practical applications of math and science through technology-enhanced learning. Students choose a concentration which culminates in a capstone project that provides advanced academic and real-word experiences in their chosen field.
