Elementary Magnet Programs
Programs for students in grades K-5 and Montessori for 3 year-olds and up.
Students grow in an enriched environment with hands-on discovery STEAM activities, beginning and advanced string courses and rotating enrichment classes. Students will develop personal character and leadership skills as well as a sense of civic responsibility.
Students participate in enriched curriculum with writing/publishing opportunities, piano, art, theater arts, leadership development and citizenship/patriotism.
Students learn to read, write and speak two languages through instruction in both Spanish and English. Students learn advanced curriculum and gain a rich appreciation of other cultures.
Students focus on math, science and real world, hands-on problem solving through technology-enhanced learning. Students also enjoy enriched learning opportunities such as planting in the greenhouse, forecasting the weather via the weather station and studying the stars in the portable planetarium.
Students learn at their own pace through hands-on activities and interacting with students of different ages. The Montessori Method helps students develop strong academics, responsibility, self-discipline, community and environmental awareness, a love of learning and more!
