    Care Solace

    Care Solace can connect families to mental health providers in our community at no cost. This confidential and secure service is available to help you find treatment options based on your needs. Care Solace:

    • has a multilingual support team available 24/7 to serve students, parents and staff.
    • can connect families to care regardless of insurance (sliding scale for those without insurance).
    • connects to in-person, telehealth and residential services.
    • allows for help over video chat, email, and phone, or through a self-led search on the website.

    How to get matched

    Families can get matched to services by visiting the Care Solace website or calling 888-515-0595. Expect these steps for getting care:

    1. Connect with Care Solace and answer their screening questions.
    2. Work with your Care Companion (support person) to find a provider matched to your needs.
    3. Your Care Companion will help you book an appointment with the provider.
    4. Check in with your Care Companion later for a follow up.

    Hazel Mental Health Teletherapy

    Students can access no-cost online telehealth therapy for mental health through Hazel Health. Students will have access to licensed therapists at school and at home.

    Therapy sessions are private and confidential. Mental Health visits are available on Mondays-Fridays from 7 a.m.-7 p.m.

    Scheduling your first visit

    1. Go to the Garland Hazel Health website and select "sign up now"
    2. Fill out the form and select "Submit Consent"
    3. Finish creating an account by entering your phone number.
    4. Enter the 6-digit code sent via text message, and fill in your child’s information.
